When you register for one of the art workshops/art trips offered by icsics inc. (Walk the Arts), you agree to and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release and Waiver Agreement”) as follows.

TRIPS TO OTHER REGIONS OR COUNTRIES MAY INVOLVE RISKS

I am aware that the icscis art workshop/art trip in which I am participating, Studio O Canada, Studio Colombia, New York Art Trip, Studio Italia or Atelier Provence & Barcelona Art Tour, involves risks and liabilities including, but not limited to, personal injuries, death, property damage, expenses and other loss, delay or inconvenience, poor road and transportation systems, tropical or any infectious disease including Covid-19, exposure to wildlife, medical facilities or lower standards than what might be expected in Canada or the United States. Weather, illness, political disturbance, terrorism; motor vehicle accidents, transportation problems, street violence, failure to perform on the part of travel agents, airline or excursion companies, problems relating to customs, immigration, or visa requirement are also risks. I will willingly accept to participate in the program and assume all risks, dangers, hazards, as well as the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT 

In consideration of icscis inc., I hereby agree to comply with the statements: 1) To waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against icscis inc., its directors, administration, instructors, and support staff. 2) To release icscis inc., its directors, administration, instructors, and support staff from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense that I may suffer as a result of my participation in any art workshop/art trip offered by icscis inc. 3) To hold harmless and indemnify icscis inc., its directors, administration, instructors, and support staff from any and all liability for any damage to the property of, or personal injury, or illness to any third party resulting from my participation in any art workshop/art trip offered by icscis inc.. 3) To obtain proper health insurance coverage as icscis inc. does not provide such coverage for participants. 4) This agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, assigns, and representatives [in the event of my death]. 4) By entering this agreement, I am not relying upon any oral or written representations or statements made by icscis inc., its directors, its administration, or support staff other than what is set forth in this agreement.  I have read and understood this agreement and I am aware that by registering for any art workshop/art trip offered by icscis inc., I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, or assigns may have against icscis inc. or its directors, administration, or support staff.
